Hi, I’m carlene.

B. Psych. (Hons.), M. Psych. (Clin.), MAPS, FCCLP

I believe that our personal journeys shape not only who we are, but also how we connect with and support others. My work as a clinical psychologist is deeply informed by both my professional training and the rich experiences I’ve gathered throughout my life.

As a military spouse, I’ve navigated the unique challenges that come with frequent moves around the globe, shifting communities, and supporting a family to develop resilience and create meaning. These experiences help me bring warmth, empathy, and understanding to the people I support.

I’m passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space for people of all backgrounds and neurotypes, and I value the many different ways people see and experience the world. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and centred on your unique strengths and goals.

Outside of my work, I find joy in creativity and time in nature—both of which help me stay grounded and inspired.
