Therapy is not about fixing you.

it’s about supporting you to uncover your own strength and wisdom.

I provide compassionate, person-centred clinical psychology services, focussed on:

  • Supporting adults to overcome trauma, anxiety, and depression, and to navigate life transitions.

  • Empowering recently diagnosed or self-identified Autistic and ADHDer (neurodivergent) adults to embrace their strengths and navigate challenges with affirming strategies.

As a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), I provide Medicare-rebated psychological therapy under the Better Access initiative.

I adapt my approach to each person’s unique needs, fostering a nonjudgmental, supportive space. I offer both face-to-face and telehealth sessions to ensure accessibility.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

APPROACH

  • ACT helps you handle difficult thoughts and feelings in a more flexible way, while focusing on what truly matters to you. It’s about learning skills to live with greater presence, self-compassion, and purpose.

  • This is a process where we work together to make sense of your experiences—understanding patterns, challenges, and strengths—so we can find the best way forward for you.

  • A safe and supportive approach that helps you process past experiences, reduce their impact, and gently move toward healing and resilience.

  • Schema Therapy helps identify and change long-standing patterns that can keep you feeling stuck, supporting healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.

  • A respectful, strengths-based approach that celebrates neurodiversity and supports you to thrive in ways that work best for you.

  • Based on evidence-based principles from Gottman Method Couples Therapy, this is a practical approach to help individuals improve communication, deepen connection, and manage conflict in healthy ways within their relationships.

  • CBT is a structured, goal-oriented form of psychotherapy that helps individuals identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. By developing healthier thinking habits and coping strategies, CBT is effective in treating a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, and more.
