Operating within the co-working space at OneBodyMind Well-being Collective, I collaborate with their administrative and reception services to assist with client bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks. This policy also explains how OneBodyMind may handle your information in the course of providing these services.

  • Electronic files (stored securely, either on a password-protected cloud-based server or within PracSuite, a third-party practice management service provider).

Only I, and where applicable, authorised administrative support (bound by confidentiality agreements), have access to your records.

Reasonable steps are taken to ensure that both OneBodyMind and PracSuite protects all personal information in accordance with the APPs.  I also ensure that only authorised personnel have access to personal information for the purposes of providing administrative services.

While I rely on both OneBodyMind and PracSuite to implement these security measures, I remain responsible for ensuring that personal information is protected under Australian Privacy Laws.

Retention and Disposal of Records

Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the last date of service, or until a minor client turns 25 years old, whichever is longer, in accordance with professional guidelines and legal requirements. After this period, records will be securely destroyed.

Website and Online Services

Carlene Amey – Flourish Psychology (www.caflourishpsychology.com.au) does not use cookies, tracking technologies, or any other mechanisms to collect personal information through the website.

Secure, encrypted platforms are utilised for the provision of any telehealth services.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:

  • Correct your personal information if it is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, or misleading.
